Below are several examples that can help you with ideas of how to customize the script for your meditation.

Feel free to use exact wording or change it up a bit. Remember to include your personal statements and affirmations to address your challenge or goal. You can use the same text blocks many times with varied personalization. You can also build your meditation just using inspiration from the several examples below. It’s completely up to you!

When I receive your script, I will read through it and perhaps give some additional suggestions. When I’m finished reviewing it, I will send it back for your final approval.

Introduction

Choose one or more of the introduction sentences to begin your meditation. This is where you want to think about the overall intention of your meditation. What do you want to accomplish? What need do you have to be filled? What do you want relief from?

Body

Choose as many body sentences as you need to identify the changes you wish to make in your life. Here, you want to think about the details that shift your body into health mode, that remove your limits to achieving success or joy or that create the life you truly desire. Identify what you really want and personalize the statements.

Slowly breathe in and out, allowing any tension / pain / negative thoughts to release / diminish / calm.

Take a deep breath and restore the program back to its perfect form.

There may be a mental / emotional / energetic block weakening / sabotaging / distracting you.

Through every channel of communication in your body, you are sending the message to energize / heal / align.

Think to yourself, “I am healthy / strong / smart / beautiful / happy / good / financially strong / important / valuable.”

Take a deep breath and release any resistance you may be feeling to these statements.
